The service you are booking

Cortex Mosaic provides in-person technical analysis training on momentum indicators and oscillator interpretation. A reservation is for a chair, a printed packet where the sitting includes one, and instruction during the stated hours. It is a place in a lesson. It is not a managed account, a signal service, or a promise about any market.

Acceptance

A place is confirmed only when the desk writes back by email. A listing of dates on the website is an invitation to ask, not a completed booking. You confirm that the name and email you give are ones you can be reached on, and that you are booking for yourself unless you say you are arranging a private group.

Intellectual property

Chart packets, board notes, and the wording of the field notes are the property of Cortex Mosaic. You may keep your marked copy for your own study and you may annotate it. You may not sell the packet, post the full packet, or present the sequence as your own course. Your own charts remain yours. Pencil marks the instructor adds to your chart during a review are part of that session’s teaching and may be kept by you.

Conduct in the room

The room stays quiet enough for pencil work. Recording audio or video of a sitting requires consent from the instructor and from the other participants before the hour begins. Phones stay silent. A person who disrupts the table may be asked to leave; the refund page explains what happens to the fee in that case.

Liability

Instruction describes how oscillators and momentum studies behave on historical and current charts used in the packet. Each participant remains responsible for their own market decisions, position sizes, and brokers. Cortex Mosaic is not liable for trading losses, missed sittings caused by transport, or errors in a third-party data print that a participant brings. Liability for a cancelled sitting that is the desk’s doing is limited to the refund described on the refund page.

Fees

Fees are listed on the rates page in Korean won and may be updated for future dates. A confirmed place keeps the fee that was written in the confirmation email. Deposits, remainders, rescheduling, and refunds are described on the refund page, which is part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea. The place of business is Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do.
