Privacy notice
This notice explains how Cortex Mosaic handles personal information when you write, call, or visit. The data controller is Cortex Mosaic, established in 2015, at 18 Seosan-ro, Wansan-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do, 55034. Email: info@cortexmosaic.click. Phone: 063-284-5510.
What we collect
From the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, the sitting you select, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. If you telephone, we collect the number you call from and the details you choose to say. If you attend, we keep a simple attendance list: name, sitting, and whether the fee was received. We do not ask for resident registration numbers, account numbers, or health information.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer you, hold or release a seat, prepare a packet in your name, send the short written note after a Chart Desk Review, and keep a record of fees and refunds. The legal bases we rely on are your request before a contract, the contract once a seat is confirmed, and our interest in keeping an accurate attendance and payment record.
Retention
Inquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Booking correspondence, attendance, and payment records are kept for five years to meet bookkeeping practice and then deleted. A Chart Desk Review note is kept with that correspondence for the same period. You may ask us to delete an inquiry earlier if no fee is outstanding.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea you may ask to see the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, and to ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. Send the request to info@cortexmosaic.click. We will answer within the period the statute requires. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
International transfers
The room itself is in Jeonju and the attendance book stays there. Email and website hosting may pass a message through servers outside the Republic of Korea, depending on the mail and hosting providers in use at the time. Those providers are engaged only to carry and store the correspondence needed to run the desk. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising lists.

Children
Sittings are arranged for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
